Great events deserve standing ovations

When you go to the theatre it becomes immediately obvious that time, energy and a lot of thought has gone into creating a memorable experience.

There are lines that have to be delivered, music to be played and props to be moved around. All of this has to happen in real time to a live audience.

At the end of the theatre production the audience show their appreciation with clapping, cheers and sometimes a standing ovation.

When it comes to conferences and other events where speaker delivery is critical to success, it’s essential that a ‘theatre’ approach is used. Unfortunately a lot of the time a conference experience can be underwhelming.
